Our goal

We want everyone to be able to use Amplify. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, on our public pages: this site, the sign-in page and the request-access form. We don't claim to meet that standard in full yet.

What we checked

On September 30, 2026 we ran an automated scan (axe-core) on the public pages at desktop and phone width, and read the page code for what a scan can't catch: heading order, landmarks, link and button names, form labels and error messages, keyboard use, focus handling in the Ask Amplify chat, text contrast and reduced motion. We fixed what we found, including adding a “Skip to main content” link, visible keyboard focus everywhere, and a screen-reader description for the chat window.

We have not had the site tested by people who use screen readers or other assistive technology every day.

What still falls short

  • The Amplify app itself, after you sign in (calendar, tasks, settings), has not been audited against WCAG yet.
  • The pricing and checkout pages and the cookie notice were reviewed separately and may not yet meet every criterion.
  • The product screenshots on the site are pictures of the app. Each has a short text description, not a full one.
  • Some secondary grey text (small captions, labels and footer headings) is a little lighter than the 4.5:1 contrast WCAG asks for. We plan to darken it.
  • The Mac and iPhone apps are not covered by this statement.

Tell us about a problem

If something on Amplify is hard or impossible to use, email support@amplifyproductivity.com or use the contact form. It goes to Evan, who builds Amplify. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if you can, what you use to browse (for example, VoiceOver on iPhone). If you need something in another form, we'll do our best to provide it.
