iPhone
Amplify for iPhone is in TestFlight: your day, habits, the assistant, journal, and Screen Time focus blocking on the phone. Invited users can ask me for the TestFlight invite.
After downloading
  1. Open the .dmg file you just downloaded
  2. Drag Amplify Screen Blocking to Applications
  3. Open it from Applications. macOS may prompt you to grant permissions — these are required for blocking to work
  4. Sign in with the same email you use on the web
